//I’ve been practicing with icons, so here are some of the non-Leia ones that I’ve made. So far, I have Luke Skywalker, Bert from Mary Poppins, and Blind Mag from Repo! The Genetic Opera. (They’ll be in that order under the cut)

Feel free to use them for your rping pleasure!

"Naturally perfect?” she repeated. “I wouldn’t go that far…but it does take a few layers of stage makeup to get myself looking like this.”

Mag blinked a few times. “Speaking of which, I need to get these false eyelashes off. They’re maddening.”

"C’mon, I’ve seen you without the caked-on facepaint, I know you’re fuckin’ gorgeous." He said with a slight shrug.
"How do you even wear those for a whole show? They look goddamn insane…"

"They are insane,” Mag said as she approached her mirror and leaned into it. She grabbed one of the feathered eyelashes and pulled, wincing slightly as she did so.

"Sometimes it hurts to blink; which is why I usually don’t."

"You look better without ‘em anyways. They are kind of cool, though.." He said with a shrug, eyes on her.
"So… how’s the rest of the costume?"

"The one I wore tonight isn’t so terrible," Mag replied. "But if you’ll come over here…"

She led Luigi to a dressing area in the room that contained a rack full of costumes. Mag picked out one, a long, dark blue gown covered in what looked like rhinestones.

"This one, for example, has glass beads on it, and they’re ridiculously heavy."

"Yes?" Mag said with a slight giggle. Something told her he wasn’t going to finish that sentence, so she changed the topic. "You look very nice. Is that a new suit?"

"Thanks," He grinned, "Nah, it’s old, nothing special… But you look nicer. Do anything special or are you just naturally perfect?" Already he knew the answer to the question; she was simply perfect, at least in his eyes.

She laughed at his slight fumble, stood up, and graciously accepted the rose.

"Thank you," said Mag, holding the flower in her hands. "Your rose is better than the bouquets from the audience. It’s more personal."

Mag noticed that he was still standing in the doorway. “Would you like to come in?” she asked.

"Yeah, thanks." He accepted the offer, stepping inside and closing the door behind him. Under stage lights or the simple lighting of her dressing room, she was absolutely gorgeous; he couldn’t help but be in awe.
"So, uh…" Somehow even after his years of knowing her, he managed to be shy, like a schoolboy with a crush.

"Yes?" Mag said with a slight giggle. Something told her he wasn’t going to finish that sentence, so she changed the topic. "You look very nice. Is that a new suit?"

Resurrection - Shilo and Mag (AU)

Mag had died—or so she thought. She was free from the bonds of GeneCo. Until a few hours after her death, in which she was vigorously operated upon and brought back to life.

Of course, she was angry with this decision. Her suicide was her freedom. She wouldn’t let the Repo Man come for her; she’d die instead. However, she ended up with a fence impaling her in the back, thanks to the late Rotti Largo.

Now Mag had one thing on her mind: Shilo. What had happened to her goddaughter? As soon as she was able to walk, she requested to be taken to the Wallace household.

"Shilo?" called Mag. "Shilo, darling, are you in here?"

The Opera was a nightmare. In less than one hour everything she had known in life had been ripped from her hands.

Her dad. Mag.

She had returned home, assuming it was still hers, and fallen asleep. Hours later she awoke, still sticky with blood. She managed to pull the ruined black underdress off and slip into her familiar white nightdress before the crippling headaches began. The girl moaned and gripped her bald head, it’s the meds or more accurately the lack of them.

The only way to make the pain get away is take the meds, but can she knowingly poison herself? Before she can weigh the options she hears a voice form downstairs, an impossible voice. The teen checks her pulse to make sure she’s not dangerously unstable and hallucinating. Everything felt normal, but then what else could explain it?

The girl hesitantly headed downstairs, wary of what she might see. “Hello?” She called, not daring to say the name that was on her mind.

"Shilo!" Mag called again, holding her skirt with one hand and the banister in the other, as she ascended the staircase.

When her eyes met with that of her goddaughter’s, she smiled softly.

"Oh, Shilo…at least I can see you again,” she said.

She jumped eagerly at the knock on the door. “Come in!” she called, quickly sitting down on the ottoman that was in front of her mirror. Mag acted like she was fixing her hair when the door opened.

She turned her head and smiled. “Hello, Luigi.”

He opened the door eagerly as soon as he was invited to, smiling as he saw her. He leaned one shoulder against the doorway, eyes squarely focoused on her. “Hey, gorgeous…”
He fumbled just a second, moving to extend the arm previously hidden behind his back, offering her a rose of deep blood-red.
"You were amazing tonight."

She laughed at his slight fumble, stood up, and graciously accepted the rose.

"Thank you," said Mag, holding the flower in her hands. "Your rose is better than the bouquets from the audience. It’s more personal."
